Do I have to collect?
No – you are welcome to collect and return your order from Pineapple Vintage in Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich, Norfolk but we are also able to arrange delivery and collection, charged locally at 50p per mile.  Delivery is available UK wide – please call for rates.

What if something gets broken?
We understand that accidents happen.  We’ll check your order upon its return and make a charge for breakages/missing items (please see our terms and conditions).  It helps if you let us know if something has been broken or damaged!

Can I buy china etc from Pineapple Vintage?
While we specialise in vintage china for hire, please contact us if you’ve fallen in love with a particular item or if you’d like us to source something special for you.  We currently have a small number of vintage tea sets available for sale – please call for more information!

How many can you cater for?
Right now, we can supply vintage crockery and catering for a 300+ guest tea party.  However, we are constantly adding to our collection so please call us if you’re planning a larger event.

What about vintage dinner parties?
At the moment we’re focusing on vintage afternoon tea parties, but we do have a small selection of vintage tableware suitable for other events – please call for details!

Do you stock props and other accessories?
Helen at Pineapple Vintage has been collecting retro and vintage for decades so has amassed an eclectic collection of treasures – many in everyday service! (It’s probably fair to say that space has been the only constraint) So, let us know what you’re searching for or the look you’re trying to achieve and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you cater for funeral and memorial services?
Absolutely!  In fact we think that a traditional afternoon tea with vintage china is a lovely way to celebrate a life well lived.

 We appreciate that arrangements often have to be made at short notice and that’s no problem!
